Oil
We flank the olive growers, oil-millers and bottlers at checks on the produced or purchased oils. We evaluate the quality of oil, the vitamin content and the value of biophenols, the indicators for its typical characteristics, the shelf life, the nutritional and sensorial quality of the product.
Wine
We o er to wine growers a quick and reliable service of analysis, with the possibility to make sampling on the spot and to verify all the environmental parameters.
Agri food
We codify the analysis procedures for testing on typical characteristics of the excellence in our country like the Tuscan IGP almond biscuit and the IGP chestnut of Mugello.
The researchers conducted by our Laboratory enable us to support the producers
in the widest variety of sectors.
Waters and lands
We subject waters, atmospheric emissions, lands and waste to an accurate verification and valuation in synergy with other areas of Analytical Group.
